Is
there a minimum contract?
Yes. You must prepay at least
3 months.

Can I upgrade my account?
Yes, if you would like to upgrade to a new plan,
just send an e-mail to billing@unlimitedweb.net with
your username and request.

Do you provide technical support?
Yes, just send an e-mail with your question
and username to support@unlimitedweb.net .
All e-mail will be answered as quickly as possible.
6.
Am I allowed to resell my space?
No, you may not resell your webspace. You may
join our affiliate
program, however, and earn money by referring
our services.
7.
Can I sell your service?
Yes, you may enroll in the affiliate
program of the Unlimited Web Network and
earn commission if you are a current customer
or even if you are not.
8. How
long will it take to create my account?
Your account will be created within 24 hours
of when you order it. It usually takes a lot
less if the domain authority processes the registration
quickly.
9. Can
I downgrade my current package?
Yes, there may be administrative fees associated
with downgrading your acccount. Just send an
e-mail to billing@unlimitedweb.net with
your username and request.
10. Will
you do all the registration for my new domain?
Yes, when you sign up for a virtual hosting
package we automatically register your domain.
We will include a $20 domain registration fee
that will be paid to ICANN
registered authority if your package doesn't
include it.
11. Do
you accept domain transfers?
Yes, when you are ready to sign up, send an
e-mail to billing@unlimitedweb.net and
an associate will help you.
12. What
if I go over my bandwidth limit if I have one?
You will be charged at the end of each month
that you run over your limit. Prices are shown
on the hosting
page.
13. Do
you support Microsoft Frontpage extensions?
With the security risks that Frontpage Extentions
create, your account will have to be hosted
on the NT platform. Due to the nature of the
NT OS, some of the features designed for the
Unix customers cannot be available to our NT
service plans. Some of the features lost with
plans hosted on NT are the members area options,
full cgi support, and PHP.
14. Is
there a restriction on what I can put on my
account?
Yes, we do not allow adult, mp3, warez, or illegal
content of any kind. Review the Service
Agreement for more information
15. What
domains can I use for my subdomain?
you.unlimitedweb.net - or - you.yourpagehere.com
16. How
do I check my mail?
Set up your personal e-mail client on your computer
such as Netscape, Eudora, or Microsoft Outlook
with these settings:
Pop Account: your email address that we give
you
SMTP Server: the SMTP server you use for your
other email

Why am I getting "relaying
is denied" when I send mail?
You entered our server in the SMTP in your software.
We do not allow relaying for security reasons.
Change the SMTP server to your current ISP or
company's.
18.
How do I upload my files
to my site?
Use an FTP program. If you don't have one, download
one for your operating system:
Win 95/98/NT - WSFTP
Macintosh - Fetch
(You will need StuffIt
Expander)
Then put them in the "html" or "webdocs" directory.
19. How
do I change my password?
Just log into the members area and click on
change my password.
20.
If I forget my password what do I do?
Just send an e-mail to support@unlimitedweb.net and
we will reset it and send a new one to your
e-mail address that you supplied us with when
you signed up.

Does The Unlimited Web Network offer a money
back guarantee?
Yes! The Unlimited Web Network is so sure you
will love our service that we offer a 30-day
money back guarantee. Setup, registration, and
administrative fees are not refundable. You
must notify billing@unlimitedweb.net within
the first 30-days of service to be covered by
the guarantee. Refunds are not given on hosting
accounts that have been suspended, revoked,
or cancelled due to a violation of the terms
of service.
